Q: How long does it take for an order to be processed and delivered?

A: Typically, our orders are processed within 24hrs and delivered within 5 business days.

 

Q: What if no one is home during the time of delivery?

A: When checking out, you can leave us a note specifying where to leave the plants if no one is home during the time of delivery. If no one is home to sign for the delivery, a confirmation picture of the products will be taken and emailed to you.

 

Q: Can I custom order arrangements from Greenhouse to Garden?

A: Yes; all custom orders must be submitted before March 1st. This provides us with time to prepare the custom arrangement and ensure that the plants are healthy to last all summer long. Please contact Greenhouse to Garden at info@greenhousetogarden.ca for more information.

 

Q: Do you provide products for commercial establishments?

A: We do have specified products for commercial establishments. Greenhouse to Garden has provided planting arrangements for restaurant patios, sales offices and retail plazas. For more information, please contact info@greenhousetogarden.ca

 

Q: Do you provide receipts?

A: Every transaction is provided with a receipt that will me emailed to you.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal

 

Q: What if I forgot to add something to my order, after it has been placed?

A: After you have made your purchase online, please email us at accounting@greenhousetogarden.ca and we will be happy to add any additional products to your order.
