Description

Geraniums feature bold balls of lightly-scented flowers at the ends of the stems from late spring to early fall. The flowers are excellent for cutting and can be used for a variety of planting applications in the garden or in baskets.

Geraniums are an herbaceous annual with an upright growth. This plant will require moderate maintenance throughout the growing season. Deadheading spent blooms is recommended to encourage more blooms and additional plant growth.

Geranium will grow to be about 14 inches tall and will have a spread of 14 inches. When grown in masses or used as a bedding plant, Geraniums should be spaced 12 inches apart. Its foliage tends to remain dense right to the ground, therefore, not requiring filler plants to be placed in front.
